Welcome to Forever Feverie. By accessing our Instagram page (@ForeverFeverie), purchasing our products, or engaging with any of our content, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a purchase or interacting with us.

If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from purchasing from or engaging with our brand.

1. General Information

Forever Feverie is an independent clothing brand operating primarily through Instagram. All sales, promotions, and communications are conducted via our Instagram platform or other channels we designate.

2. Eligibility

By purchasing from Forever Feverie, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction to enter into contracts).
  • You have the legal authority to agree to these terms on your own behalf or on behalf of the entity you represent.
  • You are not prohibited from receiving our products under applicable laws.

3. Orders & Payment

3.1 Placing an Order Orders are accepted via direct message (DM), link in bio, or any checkout method we specify. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

3.2 Payment Full payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment methods listed on our active checkout page or communicated at the time of sale. Forever Feverie reserves the right to cancel any order if payment is not received or confirmed.

3.3 Pricing All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. Promotions and discount codes are valid for specified time periods only and cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to addresses specified at the time of purchase. Estimated shipping times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Forever Feverie is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for orders lost or undelivered due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

5.1 Eligibility Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Final sale items, custom pieces, and intimates are not eligible for return or exchange.

5.2 Process To initiate a return or exchange, please DM us on Instagram with your order details. We will provide instructions once your request is reviewed.

5.3 Refunds Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).

6. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work to resolve the situation promptly through a replacement, exchange, or refund at our discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

All content associated with Forever Feverie, including but not limited to logos, photos, graphics, designs, branding, and written content, is the exclusive intellectual property of Forever Feverie. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our content without written permission is strictly prohibited.

By tagging or mentioning us in posts, you grant Forever Feverie a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to repost or share your content for promotional purposes, with or without attribution.

8. Instagram Platform

Our brand operates on Instagram, which is governed by Meta's own Terms of Use and Community Guidelines. Forever Feverie is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. We are not responsible for any actions taken by Instagram/Meta that affect your access to our page or content.

9. User Conduct

When interacting with our Instagram page, you agree not to:

  • Post or share content that is harassing, abusive, discriminatory, or defamatory.
  • Spam or solicit other users.
  • Impersonate Forever Feverie or its representatives.
  • Engage in any conduct that could harm the brand's reputation or interfere with other users' experiences.

We reserve the right to block, restrict, or report any accounts that violate these standards.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Forever Feverie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your purchase or use of our products, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of profits, or personal injury resulting from improper use of our clothing.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your purchase shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the applicable order.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products are provided "as is." While we take care in quality control, Forever Feverie makes no express or implied warranties regarding the fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of product descriptions, or uninterrupted availability of our page or services.

12. Privacy

We collect and use personal information (such as your name, address, and payment details) solely for order fulfillment and customer service purposes. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. By purchasing from us, you consent to the collection and use of this information as described.

Forever Feverie reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our Instagram bio, link in bio, or other designated channel. Continued purchases or engagement with our brand after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Georgia.
